What happens if goods arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that the gift is faulty we will immediately replace it, or refund you in full (your choice). We will not make a fuss about it, and we will ensure you are not out of pocket by also refunding any postage costs.
Please first email our refunds team at cs@littlesardines.co.uk . They will send you a returns form and give you full details of how to get the item back to us (at our expense). We will need specific details of the fault as well as the item itself so we can take the matter up with our suppliers.
